Tournament Details:
1. Format
This is a single-elimination tournament, meaning once you lose, you’re out of the tournament. All matches will be best of 3 games to 11, with a win-by-2 requirement.
2. Team Rating Requirement:
Each team must have a combined DUPR rating of at least 9.0 to compete in this tournament. Please ensure your team meets this minimum DUPR requirement before registering.
3. No Bronze Medal Match:
The focus will be on the Finals match for 1st and 2nd place. There will be **no 3rd-place (bronze) match*
Prizes:
1st Place (Gold): $1,500
2nd Place (Silver): $200 (money back)
* Prize Money May Change Depending on Registrants
Rules and Regulations:
Game Format:
All matches will be played as best of 3 games to 11. You must win by 2 points in each game.
Check-In:
Please arrive 30 minutes before the tournament starts for check-in and warm-up.

Registration:
All teams must register on CourtReserve.
Make sure your team meets the minimum combined DUPR of 9.0 before registering.

All brackets will be Round Robin format with all teams broken down into multiple pools of players. After the pool play there will be 8 teams advancing to a single elimination bracket play.
Ex: 8 teams, 4 pools of 4 and then will be seeded. Every team will advance to the bracket stage of play.
3 matches guaranteed.
- Each match during pool play is 1 game to 11 win by 2
- After pool play each team will be seeded based on following criteria:
1. Wins/Losses
2. Total Points
3. Point Differential
After pool play and teams are seeded 1-8, we will than create a single elimination tournament bracket style of play.
(Quarter finals, semi-finals and FINALS)
- Quarter finals/semi finals 2 out of 3, All game to 11 win by 2
- Finals / 3rd place match (medal matches)- 2 out of 3, All game to 11 win by 2
Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles will be held on Saturday September 28 2024
Mixed Doubles will be held on Sunday September 29 2024
Refund Policy
Pickleball Brackets fees and Stripe fees are non refundable.
Any players who withdraw prior to September 14, 2024 will also be charged a $10.00 withdrawal fee.
There will be no refund for any withdrawals after September 14, 2024.
Refunds for withdrawals prior to September 14, 2024 will be completed 5 days after the tournament ends.
