Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1. General Policy (Applies to All Purchases)

  • All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

  • No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, cash, or gift cards.

  • Any approved refund will be issued solely as account credit and applied to the purchaser’s Bash Pickleball Club account.

  • Account credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Cancellations must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to be eligible for account credit.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, failure to attend, or early departure do not qualify for credit, refund, or reschedule.

2. Drop-In Play

  • Players must check in within 90 minutes of the scheduled start time.

  • Failure to check in within 90 minutes will result in the player being classified as a no-show.

  • A $16 no-show fee may be charged to the player’s account.

  • Drop-in fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including late arrival, reduced play time, or voluntary withdrawal.

3. Organized Events (Round Robins, Leagues, Mixers, Special Events)

  • Players must arrive and be checked in at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Late arrival may result in reduced play time or removal from the event at the sole discretion of Bash Pickleball Club staff.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued once an event has started.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may receive account credit; cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible.

4. Tournaments

  • Tournament refund, credit, and withdrawal policies are event-specific and governed by the terms outlined in the individual tournament registration.

  • Bash Pickleball Club reserves the right to deny refunds or credits once brackets, schedules, court assignments, or start times have been published.

  • Failure to attend, withdrawal after scheduling, or disqualification does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.

5. Clinics, Lessons & Multi-Week Programs

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for account credit.

  • Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows forfeit all fees paid.

  • Multi-week clinics, series, camps, and programs are strictly non-refundable once the first session begins.

  • Missed sessions are not eligible for makeup classes, rescheduling, or credits.

6. Court Reservations

  • Court reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive account credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the full reservation fee.

  • Court rental fees are charged per court, per hour, regardless of actual usage or number of participants.

7. Yearly Memberships

  • Yearly memberships include a 7-day grace period beginning on the date of purchase.

  • Same-day cancellations are eligible for a full refund with no fee.

  • Cancellations made between days 2–7 will incur a $35 administrative cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.

  • After the 7-day grace period, all yearly memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage.

  • Membership benefits are subject to change and do not guarantee court availability or event access.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By completing a purchase, the purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or missed due to failure to comply with this policy.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

  • Bash Pickleball Club reserves the right to submit this policy, attendance records, and registration confirmations as evidence in dispute resolution.

9. Policy Enforcement & Modifications

  • Bash Pickleball Club reserves the right to enforce this policy at its sole discretion.

  • This policy may be modified at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of Bash Pickleball Club services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.

10. Agreement

By registering for or purchasing any membership, event, clinic, tournament, court reservation, or drop-in session, participants acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
